In Year 7, we have been learning how to make a podcast in our ICT lessons. To tie in with learning about being safe online, the children embarked on an exciting project to create their own podcast. Working collaboratively in groups, they brainstormed and crafted a detailed script, carefully planning who would say each part to ensure a smooth flow. Using the GarageBand app, they recorded their segments, adding their own choice of jingles to make the podcast engaging and fun. With great attention to detail, they edited their recordings, snipping out any mistakes to produce a polished final product. Once completed, they exported and shared their recordings with the class, proudly presenting their work and spreading important messages about staying safe online.
