To complete our topic of ‘Up, Up and Away’ - Year 4 were lucky to have a visit from the ‘World of Owls’.
Children were able to see a barn owl, a Eurasian eagle owl and a snake up close. They even got the chance to feel the owl feathers and listen to the silent flight of the barn owl.
We learned lots of interesting information and listened to stories about birds from all over the world.
Children had the opportunity to ask lots of wonderful questions and Mike, from World of Owls, was very impressed!!
