Book Week came to a close with a special assembly in which the children and teachers dressed up and each class got to march around the school hall in a ‘character parade’. Not only had the children to dress like their book character, they also had to take on the role of their character for an interview- we heard from Mary Poppins, Paddington Bear, Pinocchio, Sherlock Holmes, the Mad Hatter as well as many others!
