Year 6 were delighted to welcome Freya the Viking from Timesteps. They heard great Viking sagas and got to see Viking weapons firsthand. They learned about Viking names and the reasons why The Vikings travelled to other countries like Ireland. They had lots of fun and it brought our World Around Us topic to life.
