The pupils and staff began the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations with a Green Day in school. The P1-3 children participated in Irish language classes whilst P4-7 had the opportunity to take part in an online tin whistle session. The school was full of the aroma of freshly baked bread as P2 made traditional soda bread and P5 made the not so traditional green pancakes! The pupils also participated in a St Patrick themed Maths trail around the school grounds and everyone was dressed in green for good measure.
