As part of our Action Health Week, Rachel from Action Mental Health came to deliver a workshop to our year group. She discussed the importance of looking after our mental health and give us many tips and strategies to use when required. The workshop was delivered in a fun and interactive manner which the children enjoyed. Many thanks to Rachel and Action Mental Health.
