To finish our topic on ‘Food Glorious Food’, Year 4 enjoyed an exciting exercise extravaganza!
Children followed instructions to complete repetitions of different exercises. We then busted some dance moves to music and finished our afternoon with some breathing and relaxation techniques.
The children really enjoyed the afternoon and understood the importance of keeping our minds and bodies healthy and happy!
